The Fylde Memorial Arboretum and Community Woodland is a peaceful, volunteer-run space dedicated to remembrance and reflection. Nestled in the heart of Blackpool, it honours those who have served in the Armed Forces and public service, and offers a quiet place for the community to gather, learn, and grow together. With native trees, memorial stones, and a commitment to wildlife and wellbeing, the Arboretum is a living tribute — shaped by many, remembered by all.

VJ Day 80th Anniversary Service
Friday 15th August 2025 10.30am
Join us for a short, respectful service of remembrance, marking the end of World War II and honouring all who served in the Far East.
All Welcome to attend and pay their respects in this peaceful, reflective setting.

Gardening Club
Every Thursday from 10am
Come along and help us care for this beautiful space. All ages and abilities welcome. Tools provided, as is a good laugh.
